Thank you for shopping at The Cosmic Crow! Here is everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.

How We Fulfil Orders
All our products are custom-made-to-order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner, Printify. This means your item is printed specifically for you after you place your order — we do not hold pre-made stock. Your order is routed to the nearest available print facility to ensure the best quality and fastest delivery.

Production Time
Every order goes through a production phase before it is dispatched. Production typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on the product type and print provider.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Estimated Shipping Times
Once your order is produced and dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
United States: 2–5 business days
United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
European Union: 3–10 business days
Canada: 5–12 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 5–12 business days
Rest of World: 7–21 business days
Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time
Example: A US order could take up to 12 business days total (7 production + 5 shipping).
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Your order may be fulfilled and shipped via one or more of the following carriers, depending on your location and the assigned print provider:
USPS, FedEx (United States)
Royal Mail, DPD (United Kingdom)
DHL, PostNL (Europe)
Australia Post (Australia)
Other regional carriers for international destinations

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Use this to monitor your delivery in real time.
Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving the confirmation email for tracking information to update.

Customs, Import Duties & Taxes
The Cosmic Crow is based in Vadodara, India, and your order may be fulfilled from print facilities in various countries. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by your country's customs authority.
These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local import regulations before placing an order.
We are unable to mark orders as "gifts" or alter the declared value on customs forms.

Shipping Delays
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by:
High order volumes during peak seasons (holidays, sales events)
Customs clearance processing times
Carrier disruptions, strikes, or weather-related events
Other circumstances beyond our control
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or customs authorities once your order has been dispatched. However, we will always do our best to assist you in tracking and resolving any issues.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of placing your order. We cannot redirect or modify orders once they have been dispatched.
If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the reshipping fee. We will contact you to arrange redelivery.
