Return and Refund Policy

At The Cosmic Crow, every product is made-to-order, just for you. Because each item is uniquely printed when you place your order, please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
1. No Returns for Change of Mind
Since all our products are custom print-on-demand items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size selected by the customer
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Minor color variations (slight differences may occur between screen display and the printed product — this is a normal characteristic of print-on-demand production)
Please check the size chart on each product page carefully before placing your order. We do not cover the cost of returns arising from sizing mistakes made by the customer.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
We take full responsibility for errors on our end. If your order arrives:
- Damaged or defective
- With a manufacturing or print quality error
- As the wrong item (wrong design, wrong product)
Please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date at team@thecosmiccrow.store with the following:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or a video showing the issue (for multiple affected items, include all items in one frame)
Once we review your claim, we will offer you either:
- A free reprint, or
- A full refund
You do not need to return the item to us.
3. Print Placement Tolerance
For direct-to-garment (DTG) printed items, a variation of up to 0.5 inches in print placement is considered within the standard industry tolerance and does not qualify as a defect.
4. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your order:
1. Check with neighbours and your local post office or delivery hub
2. Wait 2 additional business days (occasional carrier scan errors occur)
3. If still unresolved, contact us at team@thecosmiccrow.store within 30 days of the expected delivery date
For packages confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a reprint or refund.
5. Incorrect Shipping Address
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order.
If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a reshipping fee will apply. We will contact you to arrange reshipment.
6. European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification, under EU consumer protection law.
However, please note: under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, this right may not apply to personalised or custom-made goods. As all our products are printed specifically for each customer, standard returns for change of mind may not be applicable.
We will always honour all valid defective, damaged, or incorrect item claims regardless of your location.
7. Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
